For End-Users, we act as a Processor of data, and our Client (you) is the Controller of that data. Our use of End-User data is governed by our contractual agreement (Terms of Service and/or Data Processing Addendum) with you.

We collect information directly from you and automatically through your use of the Services. We only access data that is submitted to us or generated by your use of the Services.

A. Client and Website Data (Collected Directly from You)
