Operating the Platform: To power your custom AI agents, manage your lead intake, and populate your Attribution Vault with ROI data. AI Feature Performance: Our Platform uses Artificial Intelligence to automate lead responses. We use your data to provide these specific services to you; we do not use your private data to train public or generalized AI models. Revenue Operations: To generate reports, perform billing activities, and provide "Activity Time-Stamping" for lead management.

4. No Selling of Data: Pro RevOps Ai does not sell, rent, or lease your Personal Information or your customers’ data to third parties for money. While our system is built to plug "Lead Leaks," you acknowledge that the final conversion of a lead into a signed job is dependent on your own business operations and crew performance.

3. User Compliance (TCPA & SMS): You are responsible for ensuring that all contacts and leads managed through our Platform have provided express written consent to be contacted via automated SMS and Voice. You agree to comply with all local and federal regulations regarding lead communication. Pro RevOps Ai is a platform provider and is not responsible for any non-compliance resulting from your data collection methods.

4. Subscription and Usage: Access to the Platform is provided via a monthly subscription fee plus usage-based fees for Voice, Text, and Email activity. By using the Platform, you agree to the billing structure as defined in your service agreement.

5. 30-Day Performance Guarantee: Our guarantee is provided to clients who have completed the White-Glove Onboarding and maintained a live connection for at least 30 days. If the system does not secure at least one additional contract for your business during that window, the subsequent month’s platform subscription fee will be waived. Usage fees remain applicable and are non-refundable.

6. Ownership and License: You retain all ownership of the lead data you upload to the Platform. Pro RevOps Ai retains all intellectual property rights to the proprietary AI agents, workflows, and frameworks used within the Revenue Operations Platform for home service businesses.

7. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia.
